Devaneas Arcineum I

A Pathfinder/3.5-compatible adventure for 3–6 characters of any level. The characters become representatives in a testing gauntlet conducted by two spellcasters debating the merits of different sources and uses of magic. The trial spans an environment that is not what it seems and includes eight encounter areas filled with puzzles, traps, and varied combat challenges. Player and character skill influence progress and rewards, while helpful—or unexpectedly helpful—effects complicate the dangers. The adventure introduces the Cave of Worlds, a creature that provides access to locations across the multiverse, and gives the characters a role in a far-reaching magical experiment.
