Hunted by those who remade them, they struggle with the lasting damage to their bodies, minds, and humanity while pursuing the forces responsible. As renegades, they form uneasy alliances with others who have suffered similar changes. Together, they investigate conspiracies, evade their creators, and use their strange abilities against the organizations that made them.
