Die Atlacameh
This supplement presents the Atlacameh, an extraterrestrial aquatic race that crashed in what is now Belize around 2000 BCE. Their descendants live in the major rivers of the Americas, having forgotten their former high technology and returned to a primitive way of life. They can travel short distances on land, but salt water is toxic to them. The Atlacameh are generally peaceful and avoid contact with humanity, while defending their river territories fiercely. They can be used as player characters, non-player characters, or opponents in fantasy, post-apocalyptic, or science-fiction campaigns.
