The Imperial Court of the Middle Empire travels from palatinate to palatinate, bringing the authority and splendor of the Empress to distant regions. Its halls and encampments gather nobles, knights, officials, advisors, ambassadors, spies, and commoners, where political influence and courtly intrigue shape the empire’s affairs. This sourcebook presents the court and its prominent figures, including heroes and villains, along with palaces and imperial fortresses. It also describes a typical gathering of nobles in the peaceful city of Ragath in Almada.
