DIG UP Adventure
Players begin with a 3x3 hidden grid representing a personal mine, with the center card revealed. Each turn allows up to two plays from hand: place Gem cards into mine slots to score for color preferences and matching numbered positions, or play Adventure cards to reveal, swap, or steal cards in any mine. The objective is to fill the nine slots of the mine to maximize points based on revealed gems and positional bonuses. The round ends immediately when any player’s mine is fully revealed; players then total points and the highest score wins.

A clean card game involving take-that and a fair amount of luck. PROS - A good optimization should usually lead to victory, but there is enough margin for surprises and lucky moments which is always fun in these short games. - Very easy to teach and learn. CONS - The margin seems very narrow when both players play properly, so a lucky move may be the only difference between victory and defeat.
