The Road

A solo card-driven survival game set on the ruined roads of a post-apocalyptic land. The player draws a destination at random and must survive six days of travel by resolving a series of “road” cards each day that represent locations, events, or obstacles. Each road card forces a decision: go through, bypass, or take an alternative route, with each choice producing consequences for health, energy, and morale gauges. Players scavenge items, find allies or enemies, and trade discoveries to improve chances of making it to the destination. The game emphasizes resource management, tense decision-making, and the unfolding of unpredictable encounters.
