Digimon Card Game

A competitive trading-card battler where each player fields a companion Digimon in the battle area and uses cards to evolve it, boost its power, and attack the opponent. Players play Digimon, option, and Tamer cards, manage resources to pay evolution and play costs, and move Digimon through stages to gain stronger attacks and effects. Victory comes from breaking an opponent’s security cards until their security area is depleted and then delivering a knockout attack. The game uses a memory/cost system to pay for plays and evolutions, and emphasizes board development, timing of evolutions, and targeted removal.
