The supplement details notable people, places, two complete towns, four Lost Worlds, and advice for building campaigns involving lost treasures, forbidden knowledge, and cosmic horrors. Two introductory adventures are included: a rescue mission involving missing miners and a murder mystery between rival Texas ranches.
