Downforce: Civilized Promo
A one-card expansion for the Downforce base game. It adds a new player power that allows a player, on their turn, to choose a car on their speed card owned by another player and move it before moving the remaining cars on the card. Compatible with the Restorations and IELLO editions, but not the Goliath slim-box edition.
