Dr. Brilliant & Sandstorm
Amin Ibn Yasin, known as Dr. Brilliant, is an exceptionally intelligent prisoner whose powers come from two brilliance cubes that repeatedly appear beside him despite the prison’s security measures. Dante Minimi, known as Sandstorm, is a volatile inmate whose violent rages make him one of the facility’s most dangerous residents. This PDF provides character information and rules for using both supervillains in the Amazing Universe Campaign or another superhero campaign.
