Dragon Dice (Fourth Edition): Elemental Relic
Use the elemental relic during any non-maneuver roll to reroll matching units or recruit and promote matching units from the Dead Unit Area. Its result affects a set amount of unit health, which can be divided between rerolls, recruiting, and promotions. As a non-elemental relic, any unit can carry it, but it counts as two items.
