An adventure set in Westgate on the Dragon Coast, where rumors spread of blank-faced spirits wandering the streets at night before vanishing when confronted. Characters investigate the phenomenon, uncovering the plots surrounding the city and its citizens. Designed for characters of levels 11–14, with connections to previous adventures involving Westgate.
