- Supremacy — Harkonnen
- The Harkonnens win the moment the Supremacy marker reaches the end of its track at 10 points. Supremacy comes from destroying Sietches, each worth its rank, and from spending 3 spice in the Harvesting phase while the marker is at step 5 or lower.
- Prescience — Atreides
- The Atreides win at the end of any round in which all three Prescience markers — Kwisatz Haderach, Sand Dwellers and Jihad — have reached the scores on the Secret Objective card drawn during setup.
