The book provides a timeline, nation descriptions, details of the Second American Civil War, clone hunting, the US police force, new vehicles and robots, orbital habitats, Liberty Station, maps, characters, locations, equipment, and plot suggestions. It supports campaigns involving military contractors, corporate agents, or people struggling to survive in a hostile city.
