Echo of Plagues
A first-level adventure set in the plague-ravaged nation of Ina’oth, where characters face mountain raiders, insular natives, and the constant threat of disease. The adventure explores survival in a dark realm shaped by corruption, despair, and the influence of ancient abominations. Designed for four to six characters, it includes six pregenerated characters and introduces players and Game Masters to the setting. The adventure can be run without additional setting guides.
