Eight-Minute Empire: Mountains
A free, downloadable, print-and-play mini-expansion adds Mountain tokens and two new cards. Mountain tokens make army movement between regions more difficult while providing additional control and end-game victory points. The Settlers card lets a player pay an opponent to use that opponent’s city, while the Builders card provides an additional opportunity to build a city.
