Elements of Ruin: The Challengers
This preview supplement presents the Challengers of Beacon City, a group of PL 11 protectors for Mutants & Masterminds. The characters can serve as player characters for pickup games or guest players, NPCs in an ongoing campaign, or villains. It also introduces material from a larger campaign project featuring heroes, villains, and other characters tied to the Elements of Ruin setting.
