This setting book details the Kindred community of Eugene and Springfield, Oregon, an apparent haven caught between local rivalries, the tensions of the Camarilla and Sabbat, and the dangers of nearby Portland. It presents the histories, statistics, secrets, and relationships of the area’s vampires, including the mysterious Josette and an unexpected historical figure among the undead. The book also introduces two dozen new Merits and Flaws.
