This modern fantasy and horror supplement expands a Black Tokyo campaign with nearly 200 spells drawing on Japanese mythology, hentai horror, and the power of point-based spellcasters. It includes new spellcaster archetypes and character options, from a White Mage cleric to a suicide-based summoner variant. The book also collects and expands a wide range of magic items, including enchanted school uniforms, laptops, game consoles, weapons, armor, consumable items, and erotic magical gear. New major and minor artifacts further develop the setting’s stranger myths.
