A 1-6 player fully cooperative action survival game set aboard the planet-colonizing ship N.W.E. Hikari, where genetically engineered creatures have escaped containment and overrun the vessel. Players control surviving crew members, scavenging for supplies and completing missions while managing enemies, hazards, and dwindling resources. The game includes 33 missions that can be played individually or linked into ongoing campaigns using the Refuge system. Players search separate Item and Weapon decks, use Ammo cards to modify weapons, and face events such as blackouts, fires, and gas leaks, alongside enemies with unique abilities and upgraded boss behavior.
