A Legend of the Five Rings scenario set during the fourth year of Hantei XXVI’s reign. After crushing a cult in Ryoko Owari, the magistrates join forces with Ide Albert and follow information about the cult to the Village of Floating Flowers. The adventure takes place as they travel downriver to investigate the village and uncover the cult’s activities.
