A BattleTech role-playing adventure set on a dry, poisonous world in the Deep Periphery, where explorers investigate the remnants of the long-lost Rim Worlds Republic after receiving a strange transmission from the surface. The book provides a guide to the setting, biographies of important characters, and adventure Tracks for use with A Time of War, A Time of War Companion, and MechWarrior: Destiny. It also includes special rules and Record Sheets for key non-player characters and facilities involved in the story.
