EVE: War for New Eden – Havoc Expansion
Adds a fifth player who controls a pirate faction with an asymmetrical playstyle and unique victory condition. The pirate player starts from the board center and conducts fast raids into unexplored systems, using a larger roster of smaller, cheaper ship miniatures. Raids pillage unguarded systems and build an underground network to generate illegal income. Pirate actions spread corruption across the galaxy; when corruption reaches a threshold the pirates can win outright. The presence of the pirate player forces the other players to balance their own expansion and objectives with defensive measures against raids.
