A promo card for a communal deck game about time-traveling nannies who abduct notorious figures as babies and attempt to prehabilitate them. Nero is a Bully card that, if left unsupervised, makes another orphanage’s Evil Baby shove one of its babies. The targeted Time-Nanny chooses one Evil Baby and gives it to a neighboring player.
