A three-act mystery adventure for the Hero System, set across a city facing a series of high-profile kidnappings. Heroes investigate clues across nine detailed maps, confront new supervillains, and uncover a plot threatening the entire campaign city. The 144-page, full-color book includes a 48-page adventure, cardboard hero standees, top-down tokens, and nine maps for assembly and use during exploration or combat. It is compatible with Champions Complete and the Hero System Sixth Edition rules.
