The book presents the setting’s history and current affairs, rules for creating Super Talented characters, and details on FIST, the Department of Federal Investigations into Super Talents. It also covers campaign and adventure ideas, major enemies such as MANTIS and the Pantheon, and includes the introductory adventure “Merchants of War.”
