Players create characters with Super Talents and take part in campaigns involving FIST, the Department of Federal Investigations into Super Talents. The setting includes a historical timeline, guidance for running adventures, details on enemies such as MANTIS and the Pantheon, and an introductory scenario, Merchants of War.
