This roleplaying supplement is presented as a fictional scandal-sheet tabloid magazine, with numerous illustrations and a humorous editorial style. It includes rules and background for sorcerers after the 2006 amnesia and the return of Angels and Demons, including methods for summoning and forming pacts with supernatural beings. A campaign-creation guide provides advice for structuring a campaign in the new edition. The supplement also contains a scenario for Demons, in which the characters travel to Annecy to rescue a demonic ally whose soul has been transferred into another body by a sorcerer. It includes major NPC descriptions, the first and remaining sections of a story about cooperation between Angels and Demons, and a sheet of stunt cards for the scenario.
