A tabletop roleplaying game set in the grim darkness of the 41st Millennium, where the Imperium of Man struggles against aliens, heretics, mutants, and the forces of Chaos. Players create acolytes serving an Inquisitor and investigate threats across the Imperium. The game uses character skills, equipment, combat, investigation, and narrative decisions to resolve missions, with corruption, insanity, and lethal violence shaping the characters’ survival.
