Fleet: Salvage Yard Licenses
A set of four license cards adds salvage yards to the license deck. Players can salvage a boat card from their hand and exchange it for new boat cards up to its cash value. Using a salvage yard counts as a launch, so this powerful way to generate cash must be timed carefully.
