Flying Tiger
This 8-page PDF supplement introduces a solo villain: a former CIA operative who was abandoned by the agency and has returned in a custom-built suit. His suit and limited mutant abilities make him a capable opponent willing to accept paid assignments. It includes the villain’s known history and abilities, Hero Designer files, and a printable cardboard miniature.
