Forbidden Rules
A supplement for Shadow of the Demon Lord that provides optional and variant rules for reshaping the game. It includes alternative dice systems, armor and wound rules, revised healing and death, social combat, initiative and abstract combat options, chase rules, and additional ways to use actions. The book also adds ancestry customization, a skill system to replace professions, a new novice path, power points as an alternative to spell castings, expanded fortune point and darkness mark rules, and guidance for play beyond level 10.
