A village in Meso-Ixachilacan is besieged by creatures emerging from the darkness. Adventurers descend into the catacombs beneath an ancient city dedicated to a Spider Goddess, exploring a labyrinth of monsters, traps, puzzles, and a sinister cult. Designed for characters of levels 6–10, the adventure involves navigating dangerous passages, investigating mysteries, rescuing survivors, confronting the threat, and claiming treasures. It is compatible with first-edition-style fantasy role-playing games and other OGL or OSR systems.
