Founding Fathers
Make deals and settle arguments as delegates draft the U.S. Constitution. Each round, players use delegate cards to support or oppose a Federalist, Anti-Federalist, Big State, or Small State issue, activate special abilities, or claim issue tokens. The proposal passes or flips to its opposing position, while players gain renown for voting with the majority and collecting tokens that match the articles adopted.
