Heroes enter the rugged lands of Uma-Ko Ryoudo on a mission to promote peace. Their simple assignment draws them into the unrest and political intrigue of Shibata, one of the Shadow Cities, where they must decide whether to become pawns in a larger plot or shape the city’s destiny.
