A tabletop system about operating an abortion clinic in the war-torn future of 2107, where Neo-Witch Midwives and Covenguards face military, moral, and logistical challenges. The clinic is treated as a character with its own statistics, which influence checks for managing staff, resources, and weekly events. The system can be used as a supplement for D20 Modern to generate plot hooks and ongoing crises, or played as a standalone quick-play resource-management game focused on problem-solving and community rather than combat.
