This setting supplement explores the rival nations of Steppengrad and Valkenholm, whose lands and people continue to suffer after the Bane War. Both regions now endure under the rule of the Blood Witch and Baba Yaga. It provides background on the two nations, adventure hooks for campaigns set there, and new banes, Hindrances, and Edges tied to their cultures.
