A sourcebook for d20 Modern campaigns set in a neon-lit urban underworld of uneasy alliances, corrupt officials, criminals, and hard-boiled detectives. It introduces new allegiances, six role types, five street locations including an all-night diner, red-light district, and nightclub, along with rules for stakeouts and chases. The book also adds new feats, the Superfly Mack advanced class, and customizable forms for building adventures and campaigns in the streets.
