Galaxy Builder Decks: Tech Levels
A set of nine technology level cards for GMs and worldbuilders to define the development of planetary cultures, from the Stone Age to the Galactic Age. Each card outlines how a culture travels, communicates, and wages war, with example technologies, population and influence ranges, and skills available at that level. Combine the cards with planet and planet trait decks to create science-fiction settings at the table.
