A supplement for a superhero roleplaying game, this collection presents almost 60 supervillains across a range of styles and power levels. It includes solo villains and members of villain teams, with character backgrounds, game statistics, roleplaying guidance, and adventure seeds. The book also contains a 20-page adventure featuring many of the villains, along with essays on running games that include epic-level adversaries. Its trait-based format allows the characters to be adapted to other roleplaying systems.
