Players take the roles of Amanda, Xalman, Armaheygurt, Smith, and Jalgaano as they confront a fanatical drug lord whose hallucinogenic narcotics have spread through American society. They must infiltrate his domain, face psychotic enemies, and attempt to eliminate him while pursuing a reward from the Bureau. The story centers on escalating madness and a confrontation between Armaheygurt and the demonic drug dwarf IDIAMINI.
