A Victorian fantasy setting where technology, magic, and history intersect, with humans living alongside vampires, beast men, werewolves, and wildlings. Secret organizations and hidden agendas shape a society populated by vampire detectives, beast-men sheriffs, and wildling rogues. The setting includes four playable races with unique Arcane Backgrounds, new general and race-specific Edges, and rules for Wealth and Social Standing. Victorian-era weapons and equipment accompany a detailed gazetteer and timeline.
