This superhero roleplaying supplement presents two metahuman elemental mercenaries: a villain wielding fire and a counterpart wielding ice. The pair can serve as recurring antagonists or appear in a single encounter, with pre-generated character statistics for use in Second Edition campaigns at multiple power levels, including PL5 and PL9.
