Stedd Moonstar is preparing the first grand gala of the season in Waterdeep, but a few last-minute tasks remain before the event can begin. Characters undertake this adventure as the opening chapter of the Restoring Splendor quest, which continues in WATE2-2 (P1) and concludes in WATE2-3 (P1). Designed for characters of levels 7–10.
