This roleplaying supplement explores a Europe shaped by colonial ambition, political rivalry, and growing tensions beneath an uneasy peace. France, Germany, and Great Britain rise in influence while Portugal and Spain decline, and the Ottoman Empire retains territory in southeastern Europe. It includes two new Leagues, setting information and adventure seeds covering countries across Europe, three sample characters, and eight sample henchmen.
