This supplement presents benevolent organizations for superhero role-playing campaigns, from costume makers and specialist vehicle garages to a franchised hero company and providers of law-enforcement technology. It also includes a U.S. Marshals project recruiting government-sanctioned metahumans to pursue super-villains. The organizations can provide non-player characters or ready-made characters for starting a game.
