- Victory Point track
- Everything you scored during the game — from guests, from the Emperor Scorings, and from whatever your staff paid out.
- Staff cards
- Victory Points from the Staff cards that provide them.
- Occupied rooms
- 1 Victory Point per occupied room in the first row of your Hotel board, 2 each in the second row, 3 each in the third and 4 each in the top row.
- Kitchen
- 1 Victory Point for each leftover dish and drink in your Kitchen.
- Krone
- 1 Victory Point for each krone you have left.
- − Guests in your Café
- Lose 5 Victory Points for each guest still sitting in your Café, so enter this as a negative.
