Grand Emperor
A young orphan, Guang Yi, becomes the heir to the Dragon King and gathers a set of powerful artifacts over several decades. Renamed the Grand Emperor, he claims sovereignty over Hong Kong, places a dragon guardian over the city, and sends agents across China. A futurist hero named Spartan works to bring down the expanding empire.
