Adds 43 scenarios set in 1914 to Great War at Sea: Jutland Second Edition, covering early North Sea actions including Helgoland Bight, the Scarborough Raid, and the Yarmouth Raid. The scenarios explore battles that happened, or could have happened, before the Battle of Jutland and use play to examine the campaign’s history and the decisions made by its admirals. Most scenarios require Jutland Second Edition; Cruiser Warfare Second Edition is required to play all of them.
