Gùgōng: Pànjūn
As China evolves, manage the Summer Palace, deal with peasant revolts, and guide Envoys toward the Palace of Heavenly Purity. Four modular additions introduce majority contests for servants, Jade, and Court Ladies; cooperative challenges against unrest; alternate paths with achievements, rewards, and taxes; and new Decrees and Gift Cards.
